Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During new drops, sales, holidays, and major boss-babe shopping moments, processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Details
- We currently ship within the United States
- Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing
- Flat rate shipping of $8.00 on orders under $100
- Free shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes)
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered, it is officially out of our hands.
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package:
- Check with neighbors or family members
- Look around porches, mailboxes, or garages
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
