If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the process easy.

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Approved returns must be postmarked within 5 days

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, perfume, smoke, or deodorant marks
  • Returned with original tags attached

Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds

We currently offer store credit only.
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit never expires.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates
  • Accessories (jewelry, hair bows, barrettes, clips, hats, scarves)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dressed In Pink Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
